At our traditional Swiss restaurant with Valais specialties and exquisite gourmet classics. Famous for its Wiener schnitzels prepared in the restaurant according to the original recipe and for fresh trout “au bleu” or pan-fried. Open daily from 11.30 a.m. to midnight; closed on Sundays and public holidays. Hot meals served from 11.45 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10.45 p.m. Credit cards welcome.
